Meet Orla Mc Laughlin MSc AFMCP mNS – our own in-house nutritionist, to help answer your questions and educate on Oriel Magnesium supplements.
Orla joined the Oriel team as the lead Nutritionist in November 2023. Orla’s journey into nutrition evolved from growing up on a farm and enjoying a relatively relaxed lifestyle to working in a very fast-paced and chaotic environment, which resulted in stress and digestion-related health issues.
After studying nutrition and completely changing her lifestyle and diet, Orla was able to reduce her symptoms dramatically and set about supporting others. This desire to empower people to transform their health by knowing the right nutrients for them, led to the setting up Health by Orla.
